they were 3 days of ration for 1 person. Local SAMS club had them discounted for 3.50$ 3 years back  so i snagged up 50$ worth. I gave away most to friends as car kit food and to those just getting started . I kept about “6″ days worth for my family of 3, as back ups to back ups/handouts etc.  They were made from MRE  snacks( brawc,broenies,cradkers) canned goods,water pouches,chem lites and hygene kits.
